A CEO Meets His Match: Freelance Economy Executed in a New Light.

Collaborizm is an online collaborative workspace enabling over 101,000 creators around the world to build their dream ideas with each other online. The network has been organically accelerating (5% w.ow. growth) since the inception of our very unique take on combining passion based work with Freelance gigs.

As a result, CEO Steven Reubenstone, met freelance user Harsha Alva, a 22 year old superstar freelance software engineer, in the process of searching for a freelancer to help him build a very cool hardware internet of things project on Collaborizm.

Collaborizm's Freelance program is a unique play on freelance because it changes the concept of Client to Freelancer relationships: Get to know freelancers, through conversations, social dialogue, passion based discussions, idea exploration, before entering into a contract.

The result of Steven's relationship with Harsha Alva is nothing short of a remarkable. Not only was an extremely cool Internet of Things Project created -- a nerf gun that fires every time a chat message is sent on the Collaborizm Platform -- Steven developed an incredibly strong relationship with Harsha. From sharing knowledge around American and Indian history, daily life, common stereotypes, to economic issues of their respective countries, to the sports they both play -- "the ability to meet someone in such an organic process, leads the way to not only building a powerful, authentic, freelance to client, business relationship, but also aids in making people more educated about cultures around the world."

Steven remains incredibly close with Harsha, who is now developing his career on the platform with $1000's in earnings to date. He is now considering Freelancing on Collaborizm full time.
