We've just stumbled home from a week spent traveling the length and breadth of Europe to speak to software developers about, well, software development.

It's a mess

A good mess, in that it's always a good time for software developers when software needs to be upgraded with new features, or upgraded to a new version of the OS, or ported to a completely new OS. However, the choice of what you do and what you skip can make or break you and it's hard to know which road to travel.

Will you create a WinRT version, or will you move to android? Will iOS continue to lose market share or will it continue to be the money maker? We don't know what will happen but we do know what we see and hear and over the next few weeks we'll be publishing our notes and our research to at least shine a light along the way.

cheers,
Chris Maunder

Once an infection occurs, the consequences can be potentially disastrous for consumers, developers, and network operators alike. It's imperative that mobile application developers secure their code and content to protect the integrity of their software and the reputation of their business. In this business guide, we discuss how the latest code...
